Located in the urban fabric of Eyüp Nişanca, the project is designed as a boutique residential complex offering an aesthetic modernism. The design priority is to integrate diverse apartment types around a landscape-oriented inner courtyard and communal green spaces, creating a serene settlement that breathes within the dense city life. A transparent design language, which establishes a direct relationship between the interior and the garden especially on the ground floors, combines with vertical planters on the balconies to create a living ecosystem. The exterior facade completing this composition is formed by the combination of glass surfaces, GRC panels, ceramic cladding, and wood details. This material palette, offering functional solutions with an aesthetic integrity, aligns the project’s refined architectural character with the urban context.
